Northeast Clinical Trials Group (NECTR) is glad you decided to learn a little more about us. We have been in business since 2009 with our main office in the heart of Scranton. We have taken over 50 years of medical practice experience and 20 years of research experience and combined them into one amazing research group.
In 2009, a team of physicians, physician assistants, research professionals and medical staff teamed up to offer the only research facility in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
NECTR has participated in numerous clinical studies and investigational drug trials. Our staff strives for perfection and hopes that the information found here will help you to "help make healthy possible".
Dr. Cognetti is board ceritfied Family Physician and has been a primary care physician in Scranton since 1988. Dr. Cognetti is a graduate of Scranton Preparatory School, The University of Scranton, and Thomas Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Cognetti lives locally with his wife and five children.
Ms. Hogan is a lifelong Notheast PA resident; she is a graduate of Scranton High School, the University of Scranton and Chatham University. Ms. Hogan brings over ten years of clinical and research experience to our team. Ms. Hogan lives locally with her husband and son.

Mr. Rose joined NECTR at it's inception and has brought over ten years of medical practice experience to our team. Mr. Rose is a graduate of the Carlisle Hospital School of Radiology, King's College and The University of Nebraska Medical Center. Mr. Rose lives locally with his wife and son.
